Here's the recipe for making a Taco Bell Mexican Pizza:

To start, gather the following ingredients:

* 8 flour tortillas

* 1 pound of ground beef
* 1 packet of taco seasoning mix
* 1 can of refried beans
* 1 cup of diced tomatoes
* 1 cup of shredded lettuce
* 1 cup of shredded Mexican blend cheese
* 1/2 cup of diced onions
* 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
* 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
* 1/4 cup of water
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Now, let's get cooking!

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and sauté the ground beef until it's fully cooked. Drain any excess fat, then add the taco seasoning mix, water, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.

3. In another pan, warm the refried beans on low heat, stirring occasionally.

4. Take four of the flour tortillas and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla.

4. Next, divide the seasoned ground beef equally among the four tortillas, spreading it over the beans.

5. Now, take the other four tortillas and place them on top of the beef layer to create four "sandwiches."

6. Bake the assembled Mexican pizzas in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the tortillas are slightly crispy and the cheese has melted.

7. While the pizzas are baking, prepare the toppings. Mix the diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, diced onions, and sliced black olives in a bowl.

8. Once the pizzas are done baking, take them out of the oven and let them cool slightly.

9.Now, it's time to add the final touch. Spoon the prepared topping mixture over each pizza, spreading it evenly.

10. Sprinkle the shredded Mexican blend cheese over the toppings on each pizza.

11. Return the pizzas to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese on top has melted.

12. Remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a minute before slicing them into quarters.

13. Serve your homemade Taco Bell Mexican Pizza hot and enjoy this delicious Tex-Mex treat!
